Exactly one year ago, today, I opened my shop on Etsy.
Initially, my shop was to be an outlet for my creative energies, and a way to find homes for all the cute baby clothes I was making (It was starting to be more than a few). Now, it’s all that and more – It’s become a passion for me! I love making these designs, and I’m so glad to have an Etsy space so I can share them.
In honor of this exciting milestone, I’m having a Shopiversary Sale. Everything in my shop is marked down! Come check it out here!
Starting tomorrow, my shop is going to be on a temporary hiatus. I recently quit my day job and will be spending more time focusing on all sort of great, new designs and ideas for my shop. So, for the next week or so, I’m going to be regrouping and organizing and, just in general, taking care of business behind the scenes. But when I come back, be prepared for some fresh new designs and a shop-iversary sale!
One of my favorite things about Etsy is how diverse the items listed there are! And, though it often may seem that way, it’s not all just for the ladies. It’s great fun to peruse the site and be surprised by what pops up!
As it is June, Father’s Day is coming! And Etsy offers ever so much more than the old stand-by gift: A tie. Here are a couple of my favorites that I came across this week:
Ok, I admit that I love all things Piratey, but this little Treasure Chest takes the cake! It’s so clever and creative, I’m sure it would bring a smile to any Father’s face! Check out all the other fantastic kinetic wood sculptures from CartoonMonster’s shop:
This Vegetable Toad House would be perfect if your dad is all about his garden. Be sure to peruse all the many different styles available from PoFu. I love the idea of making your garden even more welcoming to nature!
